The President of the Municipality attends and participates in the session of the Council for Economic Development. The Constitutive session is convened and chaired by the President of the Municipality, and he also appoints president and members of the Council.
The Council for Economic Development is an expert and advisory body of the President of the Municipality.
The Local Economic Development Office of the Bijelo Polje Municipality (KLER) has the role of the Technical Secretariat of the Council for Economic Development.
