The third Public Call for grants for self-employment has been published

On April 16, 2021, the announced the third Public Invitation for the award of grants for self-employment, in the amount of 3.000 to 7.500 euros.
The deadline for submitting project proposals is May 31, 2021 at 3 p.m.
Grants of 3,000 to 7,500 euros, over three one-year cycles, will be awarded to a minimum of 400 beneficiaries of self-employment grants (minimum 140 new businesses per Call).
The grant program for self-employment and starting a business is a direct grant, worth 3.5 million euros, co-financed by the European Union and the Government of Montenegro.
The “Self-Employment Grants Program” project is part of the 18 million EU-Montenegro Employment, Education and Social Welfare Program (SOPEES) funded by EU pre-accession funds (IPA II). The contracting institution of the Project is the Directorate for Contracting and Financing of EU Aid, co-financed by the European Union and the Government of Montenegro and the Institute is responsible for its implementation in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare, with the support of the EU Delegation in Montenegro.
The public call for grants for self-employment contains all the detailed information on:
- The amount of financial resources allocated by the Office;
- Call duration;
- Rules and conditions for submitting project proposals;
- The manner of application and the procedures to be followed;
- Documentation attached to the application for participation in the program;
- Rights and obligations of users;
- Application deadlines.
